Delete your account

How to delete your Outwow account, what disappears and what we're required to keep.

Delete it yourself

  1. Log in and open Account.
  2. If you want a copy first, select Download my data.
  3. Select Delete account, type your email to confirm, and delete.

If a paid plan is still set to renew, deleting the account cancels it straight away, so you're not charged again. Photos left on your plan are lost when the account is deleted.

Can't log in?

Email privacy@outwow.app from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to confirm from that address. We act within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What we delete

  • Your profile: email address, name, password and preferences.
  • Your login methods and every active session — you're logged out on all devices at once.
  • Every photo you uploaded and every result. Files are removed from storage within 24 hours.
  • Your generation history and prompts.
  • Your marketing preferences — our emails stop.

Backups that may still hold this data are overwritten within 30 days.

These records are no longer tied to a usable account: your email address is replaced with a random identifier.

After deletion

Deletion can't be undone. You can sign up again with the same email, but it will be a new account without your old photos or history.
