Refund policy
How to cancel, when you get money back, and how the 14-day right to withdraw works in the EU and UK.
Last updated
In short
- Cancel anytime in Billing, in two clicks. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Failed and refused generations are never charged: the photos go back to your balance automatically.
- In the EU and UK you can withdraw within 14 days of buying, with a full refund, as long as you haven't made a photo yet.
- Something went wrong? Write to support@outwow.app and we'll answer within 2 business days.
How to cancel
- Open Billing in your dashboard.
- Select Cancel plan, then confirm.
That's all. We email you to confirm. Your plan and the photos left on it keep working until the end of the current period, and nothing renews after that. You can undo the cancellation before that date.
Can't log in? Email support@outwow.app from the address on your account and we'll cancel it for you. Deleting your account also cancels a plan that's still set to renew, straight away.
Renewals and reminders
Plans renew automatically at the end of each week, month or year, at the price you agreed to at checkout. Before a yearly plan renews, we email you the date, the amount and a link to cancel. If we change a price, we tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you.
When you get a refund
- A generation fails or is refused
- It's never charged. Photos are held while your image is made and released automatically if it fails or we refuse it.
- You haven't made anything since a payment
- Ask us and we refund that payment in full. You don't need to give a reason.
- Something broke on our side
- If a result never arrived or came out unusable because of a fault on our side — a distorted face, the wrong person, a garbled image — we return the photos. If the problem keeps you from using the plan, we refund the payment in full or in part.
- You don't recognize a charge
- Tell us straight away. We refund it in full, cancel the plan and help you secure the account.
- You don't like a result
- We don't refund for taste, but tell us what went wrong and we'll add 10 photos to your balance so you can try again.
- Anything else
- Time that has already passed isn't refundable, except where the law gives you a right to a refund — such as the EU and UK withdrawal right below.
EU and UK: your 14-day right to withdraw
If you're a consumer in the EU or the UK, you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the day you made it, without giving a reason.
Because the service starts as soon as you pay, checkout asks you to confirm that you want it to start straight away, and that the right to withdraw ends once you make a photo. We keep a record of that confirmation. This is what it means:
- Withdraw within 14 days without having made a photo on that plan or pack, and you get a full refund.
- Once you've made a photo, the right to withdraw ends, as you agreed at checkout. The refunds above still apply — including when something broke on our side.
To withdraw, email support@outwow.app from the address on your account with the words “I withdraw from my purchase”, or send the model form below. We refund within 14 days of receiving it, to the payment method you used.
Model withdrawal form
To Moonlight Agency LTD (“Outwow”, “we”, “us”), support@outwow.app: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following service: [plan name], ordered on [date]. Name: [your name]. Account email: [email]. Date: [date].
How we handle a refund request
- Email support@outwow.app from your account address and tell us what happened. Add the receipt number if you have it.
- We reply within 2 business days with our decision. If it's a no, we tell you why.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks usually show them within 5–10 business days.
- Photos that came with the refunded payment are removed from your balance. Results you've already made stay yours.
- A full refund of a subscription payment ends that plan straight away. After a partial refund, the plan can keep running until the end of the period — we'll tell you which applies.
If you disagree with the answer, reply to it and a second person will review it. Please talk to us before disputing a charge with your bank: it's usually faster, and we may pause a plan while a dispute is open.
