Upload one waist-up photo and a pretty girl in her twenties appears beside you, dressed in your own aesthetic: streetwear, old money, alt, skater, sporty or casual. How to make an AI girlfriend photo in your own style
To make an AI girlfriend photo, upload one waist-up photo of yourself to Girlfriend Matching Your Type: a girl in her twenties appears at your side, dressed in the same aesthetic as your outfit, with evening city lights behind you both. You don't need a photo of anyone else, and she is not a real person. A run costs 1 photo on the Free plan and up, and a new account gets 3 free photos.
- Choose a daylight photo of yourself from the waist up, with your jacket, shirt and any chains or rings in view. Your face, hair and clothes carry over as they are.
- Upload it and press Create (1 photo). There is no style menu: her outfit, hair and makeup are worked out from what you are wearing in the picture.
- Check your face and hands at full size before you download. Each run invents a new girl.
How does it pick her style?
From your clothes. The template reads the aesthetic of your photo, whether that is streetwear, old money, alt, skater, sporty or casual, and dresses her in the same one without copying your outfit, so you look like a couple who shop in the same places, not a pair in uniform. In our test runs a green retro track jacket got her a cream track jacket with a burgundy stripe, and a light denim jacket over a long white tee got her a gray overshirt and wide black trousers.
She is always an invented adult in her mid-twenties with a grown-up face, dressed in everyday clothes, not lingerie or swimwear. You stay as you are: your face, haircut, facial hair, chains and rings are kept, and bleached or dyed hair keeps its color. The scene turns into an evening street, and it tends to follow the place in your photo: palm trees stayed palm trees, and a Tokyo side street with vending machines stayed one.
What can you use it for?
- A joke for the group chat: the girl your outfit says you would end up with.
- Comparing two of your looks: a photo in a suit and one in a hoodie bring very different girls.
- A post about your type, with no second photo needed.

From the AI-generated test photo on the left, first try: his buzz cut, thin mustache, gold chain, forearm tattoos and the basketball carried over. She echoes the retro track jacket. Here he holds her waist and she rests a hand on the ball. - AI-generated sample input

From the AI-generated test photo on the left, first try: the silver hair, the rings and the denim jacket over a long white tee stayed. She matches his loose, muted streetwear and has an arm around his waist. He kept a closed-mouth half-smile instead of a grin.
Which photo of you works best?
- Show the clothes. A shot from the waist up with your jacket, shirt and belt line in frame gives the template far more to read than a face crop.
- Wear the details you want echoed. Chains, rings, a watch or an earring stay on you and set the tone for what she wears.
- Take it in daylight, not in a club or a car at night. The template adds the evening light on its own, and a dark upload leaves less detail in your face.
What goes wrong most often?
- Uploading a selfie that ends at the chin. With no outfit to read, her style is a guess.
- Leaving a friend or a real girlfriend in the frame. Crop them out first: the template keeps you and adds one new person.
- Counting on one exact pose. She always stands close at your side, but whether she leans on your shoulder or puts an arm around you changes from run to run.
